I know this journey well as I have walked this path and slowly found my way to deep self healing and empowerment within my own well being. This is what has fuelled me to study health coaching and iridology, taking the life lessons that have supported me and committing to guide other women into a state of harmony and balance within their body and their life. I have such a deep desire to see women feeling whole, enjoying life to its fullest, thriving in their careers and in a state of really clear presence with their children and partners.

I made a deep connection with Mel by being open and vulnerable about my relationship with food and myself. Mel helped me to reconnect with my body, offering calming meditations at the start of our sessions and guiding me towards healthier habits and rituals. With these habits in action, I developed a better routine to rebuild a more loving relationship around food and body image. I started journaling, practicing intuitive eating, making healthy swaps, and prepping whole foods that gave me more energy. I knew from the first session that Mel’s infectious personality would have a huge impact on my life. Having met Mel in person at Yoga events and on Zoom, she helped me unblock triggers and develop my most authentic self by offering gentle guidance and being truly present with me.
